3. Arrange Bailiffs £150 inc. VAT

Very few nuisance tenants will remain in a property after the court has ordered them to leave and the bailiff date is instructed. If those nuisance tenants do try to defy the court, we will arrange for the court bailiffs to remove the tenant and hand your property back to you. This also includes the bailiff's fee of £95.
